My Wealth 2 Health offers audible sound tools for general wellness. It is not medical care. Membership renews monthly after any stated trial unless cancelled. Listen responsibly and use the service lawfully.
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and My Wealth 2 Health (“My Wealth 2 Health”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you visit the website, create an account, use an app, start a trial, purchase a membership, or participate in a feature governed by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. You must provide accurate information, use only an account you are entitled to control, and keep your Google or Apple sign-in account secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your account is personal and may not be sold, shared commercially, or used to bypass reasonable device, access, or security controls.
3. The service
The service provides audible-frequency generation, prepared general-wellness sessions, timers, listening preferences, and related membership features. Features may vary by device, browser, operating system, location, or distribution channel.
The service is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It is not a substitute for qualified medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or prescribed therapy. The Wellness Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
4. Trial, membership, and billing
Where offered, the web membership begins with a 14-day trial and then renews monthly at the price and currency shown at checkout—currently USD $60 per month for the advertised web plan—plus applicable taxes or conversion charges. A valid payment method may be required before the trial begins.
Before you confirm, checkout will display the trial end, first billing date, recurring amount, billing frequency, and available cancellation method. You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the selected method unless you cancel before the next billing date.
Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are also subject to the relevant store’s terms, localized pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund processes.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a web membership online through your account. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period, unless law requires otherwise. Deleting the app or account does not necessarily cancel an App Store or Play subscription.
Refunds, cooling-off rights, store-managed purchases, failed payments, and trial cancellation are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service; interfere with its security or operation; scrape or copy protected content at scale; reverse engineer where prohibited; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; evade payment or access controls; resell access; use automated traffic without permission; or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
Do not use audible sound while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or where reduced awareness may put anyone at risk. Keep volume comfortable and stop immediately if sound causes discomfort.
7. Content and intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, branding, session names, written content, software, designs, and curated materials. A current membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why, retention, sharing, cross-border processing, security, marketing choices, and your rights. We do not intend listening history to be a medical record.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. If a material change adversely affects a paid service, we will provide notice or remedies required by applicable law.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Audible output varies across devices, speakers, headphones, hearing, environment, and system settings. We do not promise a particular wellness, health, financial, or affiliate result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability that may lawfully be limited will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, unlawful activity, threats to safety or security, chargeback abuse, or conduct that exposes users or the service to harm. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without depriving you of mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Please contact legal@mywealth2health.com first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
