How it works

Sound you can hear. Controls you can understand.

The studio generates ordinary audible tones through your device. Choose a curated session or shape your own, then listen at a comfortable level for a time you decide.

Custom lab range

Actual audible output varies by age, hearing, device, speaker, and headphones. Extreme low and high settings may be inaudible.

Inside the studio

A gentle path from choice to quiet.

No autoplay and no hidden intensity. Sound begins only after you press play, with conservative in-app gain and optional fades.

01

Choose

Select a neutral session for arrival, focus, a short reset, or evening listening—or open the frequency lab.

02

Shape

Set the waveform, audible frequency, timer, fades, volume, and optional stereo difference.

03

Listen

Begin low, settle somewhere safe, and pause or stop whenever you choose. Your device volume remains the final control.

Four waveform characters

Different textures, same clear boundary.

Waveform changes the timbre of an audible tone. It does not turn a phone or speaker into an electrical or electromagnetic treatment device.

SineSmooth and pure; the gentlest starting point.
TriangleSoft with a little more harmonic texture.
SquareBright and pronounced; use lower volume.
SawtoothRich and vivid; use lower volume.
Listen responsibly

Your comfort comes before the session.

Digital gain is deliberately capped, but your phone, computer, speakers, headphones, and system volume determine the sound pressure that reaches you.

Start low

Lower device volume before pressing play, especially with headphones.

Stop on discomfort

Stop immediately if you notice pain, ringing, dizziness, headache, agitation, or other discomfort.

Stay aware

Do not listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or when sound could reduce awareness of hazards.

Ask a professional

If you have hearing concerns, tinnitus, sound sensitivity, seizures triggered by sound, or another health concern, consult a qualified professional first.
